Counselling
Counselling is a process of listening, reflecting, questioning and exploring with the intention of offering you new insights and perspectives on your experiences, so that you can decide what changes you would like to make, if any. We offer free counselling on an appointment basis.
Can the service help with any kind of problem?
The problems the service encounters are almost as many as the number of students we see. Some difficulties you may want to discuss include:
- Bullying / violence
- Relationships / home / family
- Work / exams / study
- Drugs / alcohol / eating problems
- Sexual issues
